What is the Process? 

• Prior to booking your Aclasta infusion at Springvale South Medical Centre, you will require a referral and prescription from your current specialist (Rheumatologist or Endocrinologist).

• The referral for your specialist can be downloaded on our website.

• Once your referral is obtained, please phone Springvale South Medical Centre on (03) 95473511  to book your infusion appointment.

Cost

• Private Fee - $ 170.00

• $70.00 is paid at the time of booking and the remaining $100.00 on the day of the infusion.
