Standard consultations are for 10 minutes. If you have a number of problems or a complex issue to discuss please let the receptionist staff know upon booking your appointment so they can allocate more time for you to speak to the doctor. Walk-in emergencies will be dealt with promptly – please let reception know as soon as entering the surgery. You can also contact the locum service (13 SICK) after hours if you have urgent medical needs.

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, it is important that you notify us as soon as possible by phoning reception on 95473511 or 95624662.  This can help us to offer the appointment to other patients on our waiting list.
